Summary: | The present invention aims to provide a set of specific primers, the method, and its integration into a kit for the unique identification of Mycoplasma genitalium by the PCR technique using the particular primers SEQ and SEQ 2, and including the use of the appropriate concentrations of reagents for the unique amplification, as well as the amplification of at least one negative control and one positive control. Also, it provides a rapid and susceptible method for use with any PCR equipment for molecular biology laboratories with basic infrastructure, using the appropriate concentrations of reagents for the unique amplification, as well as the amplification of at least one negative control and one positive control, the latter generated by transformation of E. coli cells with a fragment of the 16S rRNA gene of the amplified bacteria. Further, it allows an easy, effective, and economical alternative for monitoring sexually transmitted genital infections, such as cervicitis and urethritis. METHOD FOR OBTAINING SILVER NANOSTRUCTURES USING NEJAYOTE AS A REDUCING AGENT The present invention belongs to the field of nanotechnology, particularly to the technical field of manufacturing or treatment of nanostructures. Also, it relates to a method for obtaining silver (Ag) nanostructures, using nejayote as a reducing and stabilizing agent as a residue of the nixtamalization process for reducing silver nitrate (AgNO3, metallic precursor). Its development is in a few steps without using plants, bacteria, or agents, and it does not require sophisticated equipment that uses other resources (such as high energy consumption or high pressures) that contaminate the environment for forming Ag nanostructures.
