In addition, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), fatty liver, liver fibrosis, cirrhosis, liver cancer, obesity, and diabetes, comprising the protein conjugate that comprises at least two or more biomolecules. La presente invención se refiere a un conjugado de proteínas que comprende poliubiquitina, un portador unido a la poliubiquitina, y dos o más biomoléculas unidas a la poliubiquitina o al portador. Además, la presente invención se refiere a una composición farmacéutica para prevenir o tratar la esteatohepatitis no alcohólica (NASH, por sus siglas en inglés), hígado graso, fibrosis hepática, cirrosis, cáncer de hígado, obesidad, y diabetes, que comprende el conjugado de proteínas que comprende al menos dos o más biomoléculas.
