En la presente se divulgan compuestos y composiciones para modular la oxidasa de glicolato, útil para el tratamiento de enfermedades relacionadas con oxalato, como, por ejemplo, hiperoxaluria, donde se espera que la modulación de oxidasa de glicolato sea terapéutica a un paciente en necesidad de la misma. También se proporcionan métodos de modulación de la actividad de oxidasa de glicolato en un sujeto humano o animal.
