An object is to provide a novel combination of antitumor agents that can significantly shrink tumors by synergistic antitumor action without increasing side effects as much as possible. Provided is an antitumor composition comprising the following compound (B) or a salt thereof for use in combination with the following antitumor agent (A): (A) at least one antitumor agent selected from the group consisting of alkylating agents, CD20 recognition molecules, DNA methylation inhibitors, pyrimidine antimetabolites, purine antimetabolites, antifolates, Bcl-2 inhibitors, and tyrosine kinase inhibitors; (B) a compound or a salt thereof represented by the following formula (1): wherein R1 represents a halogen atom, an aryl group, an aryloxy group, or a lower alkyl group optionally substituted with one or more halogen atoms; R2 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a lower alkyl group, or a lower alkoxy group; and m represents an integer of 1 to 3, provided that when m represents 2 or 3, R1 is the same or different. Un objeto es proveer una combinación novedosa de agentes antitumorales que puede reducir significativamente los tumores por acción antitumoral sinérgica, tanto como sea posible sin aumentar los efectos secundarios; se provee una composición antitumoral que comprende el compuesto (B) siguiente o una sal del mismo para usarse en combinación con el agente antitumoral (A) siguiente: (A) por lo menos un agente antitumoral seleccionado del grupo que consiste en agentes alquilantes, moléculas de reconocimiento de CD20, inhibidores de la metilación del ADN, antimetabolitos de pirimidina, antimetabolitos de purina, antifolatos, inhibidores de Bcl-2, e inhibidores de tirosina-cinasa; (B) un compuesto o una sal del mismo representado por la fórmula (1) siguiente: (ver Fórmula) en donde: R1 representa un átomo de halógeno, un grupo arilo, un grupo ariloxi o un grupo alquilo inferior sustituido opcionalmente con uno más átomos de halógeno; R2 representa un átomo de hidrógeno, un átomo de halógeno, un grupo alquilo inferior o un grupo alcoxi inferior; y m representa un entero de 1 a 3, siempre que cuando m represente 2 o 3, R1 es el mismo o diferente.
