Summary: | The present invention relates to a formulation that includes in its composition hormonal molecules of the steroid and polypeptide type in neutral or organic salt and molecules with at least one carboxyl and a carbonyl group. Said formulation acts as an active inducer in an in situ, minimally invasive, non-surgical treatment, preferably on intact lesions, uses the natural microenvironment of the lesion to induce regeneration of damaged bones, tendons, ligaments, and cartilage, and treats alopecia in mammals. Also, it ensures eradication of the lesion in an early stage, partial, or total regeneration of the tissues compromised by the lesion.
La presente invención se refiere a una formulación que incluye en su composición moléculas hormonales de tipo esteroideo y de tipo polipeptídico, ya sea en forma neutra o de sal orgánica y/o moléculas con al menos un grupo carboxilo y/o carbonilo, que actúa como un activo inductor en un tratamiento in situ, mínimamente invasivo, no quirúrgico, preferentemente sobre lesiones intactas y que aprovecha el microambiente natural de la lesión, para inducir regeneración de huesos, tendones, ligamentos y cartílagos dañados; así como en el tratamiento de la alopecia en la economía corporal de mamíferos. El uso de la formulación de la invención asegura erradicación de la lesión, esté o no en etapa temprana, y regeneración verdadera, parcial o total, de los tejidos comprometidos por la lesión. |
