La presente invención se relaciona con una composición de barra de jabón extruida. Más particularmente, se relaciona con una composición de barra de jabón que proporciona el beneficio antimicrobiano mejorado a la piel al tiempo que asegura que la barra de jabón sea fácil de extruir. Esto se logra incluyendo ácidos grasos libres en la composición de barra de jabón mientras se asegura que parte del ácido graso libre sea ácido hidroxiesteárico.
