Summary:The present invention relates to a novel compound working as a drug with an inhibitory effect on Histone deacetylases with antiproliferative and neuroprotective activity. Said compound has a hydroxamic functional group that interacts with the Zn2+ located in the catalytic site and a hydrophobic side chain for interacting the ligands with the hydrophobic site of HDACs one, six, and eight, inhibiting said isoforms. Also, it includes a compound with biological activity to treat or prevent cancer or neurodegenerative diseases, involving the participation of Histone deacetylases, such as breast cancer, liver cancer, double negative breast cancer, and neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's disease Huntington's disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, among others. Further, it aims to provide the Synthesis process for preparing the compound with the formula (I). La presente invención hace referencia a un compuesto novedoso con utilidad como fármaco, con efecto inhibitorio sobre las Histona desacetilasas con actividad antiproliferativa y neuroprotectora. El compuesto de fórmula (I) posee un grupo funcional hidroxámico que interacciona con el Zn2+ ubicado en el sitio catalítico y una cadena lateral hidrofóbica que permite la interacción de los ligandos con el sitio hidrofóbico de las HDACs 1, 6 y 8, por lo que actúa inhibiendo dichas isoformas. En la presente invención se proporciona un compuesto con actividad biológica para tratar o prevenir cáncer o enfermedades neurodegenerativas en las que se encuentra involucrada la participación de las Histona desacetilasas, tales como cáncer de mama, cáncer hepático, cáncer de mama doble negativo y enfermedades neurodegenerativas como enfermedad de Parkinson, Enfermedad de Huntington, esclerosis lateral amniotrófica, entre otros. Otro de los objetivos de la presente invención consiste en proporcionar la Proceso de síntesis para la preparación del compuesto con fórmula (I).
