The present invention relates to an independent dual release system comprising a pyrazolyl benzene sulfonic acid derivative, which is a COX-2 inhibitor and a centrally acting opioid with affinity to the mu receptor. The independent dual release system is formed by at least two matrices and is characterized by providing a system of release of the assets in a specific way. Additionally, the system is useful for the treatment of moderate to severe pain. La presente invención se refiere a un sistema de liberación dual independiente que comprende un derivado del ácido pirazolil bencensulfónico, el cual es un inhibidor de la COX-2 y un opioide de acción central con afinidad al receptor mu, el sistema de liberación dual independiente está formado por al menos dos matrices y se caracteriza por proporcionar un sistema de liberación de los activos de forma específica, además el sistema antes descrito es útil para el tratamiento del dolor moderado a severo.
