The present invention aims to address the problem of the need for potable water and/or irrigation in isolated communities, where two conditions are met. The first is that they only have water with a high content of salts for their personal and/or agricultural activities. The second is that they do not have an energy supply from the electricity grid to power systems for water desalination. Said resolution consists of portable equipment supplied with energy from photovoltaic panels for the pumping and disinfection systems, attending to variations in solar radiation during the day. La presente invención atiende el problema de la necesidad de agua potable y/o agua de riego en comunidades aisladas, donde se cumplen dos condiciones; la primera de ellas es que solamente dispongan de agua con alto contenido de sales para sus actividades personales y/o agrícolas y las segunda es que no cuenten con suministro de energía de la red eléctrica para alimentar sistemas para desalinización de agua. La solución propuesta consiste en un equipo portátil que cuenta con alimentación de energía proveniente de paneles fotovoltaicos para los sistemas de bombeo y desinfección, atendiendo las variaciones de radiación solar durante el día.
