Summary:The present invention discloses a combined liquid absorbent system for capturing CO2 and SO2 in the gaseous state. Said combination consists of a) the mixture of an organic base and glycerin and b) aqueous solutions of crude glycerin. Said solutions have higher absorption capacities (mg of gas/g absorbent) at high dilutions, having both a chemical and physical absorption mechanism. La presente invención describe un sistema líquido absorbente combinado para la captura de CO2 y SO2 en estado gaseoso. Dicha combinación puede estar dada por: a) la mezcla de base orgánica y glicerina, b) disoluciones acuosas de glicerina cruda. Las disoluciones acuosas de glicerina cruda presentan capacidades de absorción (mg de gas/g absorbente) mayores a diluciones elevadas, teniendo un mecanismo absorción tanto químico como físico.
