The invention relates to an aqueous polymer dispersion containing at least one compound V of the general formula R1-CH2-R2, where R1 and R2 independently of each other stand for a radical of the general formula -C(O)-R3 or -CN, where the radical R3 is selected from the group consisting of -NH2, -NH-R4, -NR5R6, -NHNH2, -OR7 or R8, where R4, R5, R6, R7 and R8 are independently selected from the group consisting of aliphatic, araliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbon radicals which can also be substituted. La invención se relaciona con la dispersión acuosa de un polímero que contiene al menos un compuesto V de formula general R1-CH2-R2, donde R1 y R2 independientemente entre si representan un resto de formula general -C(O)-R3 o -CN, seleccionándose el resto R3 del grupo que consiste en -NH2, -NH-R4, -NR5R6, -NHNH2, -OR7 o R8, en los que R4, R5, R6, R7 y R8 se seleccionan independientemente del grupo que consiste en restos hidrocarburo alifáticos, aralifaticos o aromáticos, que también pueden estar sustituidos.
