Said further active agent is preferably gemcitabine. La presente descripción proporciona métodos para el tratamiento de cáncer de mama, que incluye cáncer de mama triple negativo. Dichos métodos comprenden la administración de (a) una formulación liposomal catiónica que comprende un taxano, (b) una formulación no liposomal que comprende un taxano y (c) un agente activo adicional.
