Summary: | The present disclosure is related to an electromagnetic induction and low pressure drying system, for drying agricultural products. The system is characterized because, through the generation of electromagnetic induction, is able to produce at a certain distance, an increase in temperature in a deposit made of a ferromagnetic material, in such a way, that the products that are in contact or close to the container also increase their temperature, and consequently, the loss of body moisture is encouraged. In addition, by implementing a low-pressure generator system it is possible to dehydrate agricultural products that are located inside the drying cabinet at a lower temperature. It should be noted that the agricultural products are placed in bulk inside the drying cabinet, since by activating a belt and pulley transmission, coupled to the drying cabinet; a rotary movement is generated, dispersing the agricultural products inside the drying cabinet and improving the process. Therefore, with the development of the present invention, it is possible to carry out the drying process of various agricultural products, diminishing the harmful effects to the environment, contributing to the sustainable development of a society.
Esta invención se refiere a un sistema de secado por inducción electromagnética y baja presión, para el secado de productos agrícolas. El sistema se caracteriza porque mediante la generación de inducción electromagnética, es capaz de producir a una cierta distancia, un incremento de temperatura en un depósito fabricado de un material ferromagnético, de tal forma que los productos que se encuentren en contacto o cerca del recipiente también se incrementa su temperatura y por consecuencia se propicie la perdida de humedad del cuerpo. Además mediante la implementación de un sistema generador de baja presión es posible deshidratar productos agrícolas que se ubiquen en el interior de la cabina de secado a una menor temperatura. Cabe señalar que los productos agrícolas se colocan a granel al interior de la cabina de secado de forma a granel, ya que mediante la activación de una transmisión de banda y poleas, acoplada a la cabina de secado, se genera un movimiento rotatorio, dispersando los productos agrícolas al interior de la cabina de secado y mejorando el proceso. Por tanto con el desarrollo de esta invención es posible realizar el proceso de secado de diversos productos agrícolas, disminuyendo los efectos dañinos al medio ambiente, contribuyendo al desarrollo sustentable de una sociedad. |
