Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for cloning sheep embryos, which adds an effective amount of an embryonic development-promoting agent selected from antioxidant agents, an oocyte extract and, a human sequential medium, or the combination of them. Said method improves the embryos by increasing in vitro maturation rate of sheep oocytes, the nuclear reprogramming of sheep fibroblasts and the in vitro production of clone embryos, in particular of bighorn sheep, classifying them by their quality based on the IETS parameters.
La presente invención se refiere a un método de clonación de embriones de borrego, dicho método de clonación mejora las propiedades de los embriones así obtenidos mediante la adición de una cantidad efectiva de un agente promotor del desarrollo embrionario que se selecciona de al menos un agente antioxidante, al menos un extracto de ovocitos y, al menos un medio secuencial humano, o la combinación de ellos, para incrementar la tasa de maduración in vitro de ovocitos de borrega, la reprogramación nuclear de fibroblastos de borrego y la producción in vitro de embriones clones de borrego, en particular de borrego cimarrón, clasificándolos por su calidad basada en los parámetros de IETS. |
