Summary:Provided is a coiled spring assembly in which a coiled spring and seats for the coiled spring, the seats for the coiled spring being seat members, are appropriately engaged with each other to prevent the excessive interference between the end windings of the coiled spring and the seats for the coiled spring, thereby increasing the durability of the coiled spring assembly. Provided is a coiled spring assembly characterized in that: a coiled spring (3) has end windings (9, 11) each wound one turn at a reduced diameter and has transition sections (13, 15) having a diameter gradually increasing from the end windings (9, 11) to a body section (7); seats (5) for the coiled spring have seat sections (17), mounting shaft sections (19), and expanded-diameter sections (21), the mounting shaft sections (19) having a length set so that, in a free state in which the end windings (9, 11) are fitted to the mounting shaft sections (19) and the seat surfaces (9a, 11a) of the end windings (9, 11) are in contact with the receiving surfaces (17a) of the seats (17), there is a gap or no gap between the mounting shaft sections (19) and the expanded-diameter sections (21) of the seats (5) for the coiled spring, and so that, in a state in which the seat surfaces (9a, 11a) of the end windings (9, 11) are in contact with the receiving surfaces (17a) of the seats (17), the transition sections (13, 15) are located avoiding the expanded-diameter sections (21). Se establece una unidad de resortes de hélice cilíndrica, capaz de ajustarse correctamente a un alojamiento para resorte de hélice cilíndrica como elemento de alojamiento con un resorte de hélice cilíndrica para evitar interferencia forzada entre una espira final de resorte de hélice cilíndrica y el alojamiento para el resorte de hélice cilíndrica y aumentar la durabilidad. El resorte de hélice cilíndrica (3) tiene una espiral final (9) (11) que se forma hasta una primera espira con diámetro reducido y una porción de transición (13) (15) con un diámetro de aumento gradual desde la espira final (9)(11) hasta una porción de cuerpo 7, el alojamiento (5) para el resorte de hélice cilíndrica tiene una porción de alojamiento (17), una porción de eje de montaje (19) y una porción de diámetro alargado (21), la porción de eje de montaje (19) tiene una longitud axial que define un espacio libre o un cero espacio libre entre la porción de diámetro alargado (21) del alojamiento (5) para el resorte de hélice cilíndrica y la espiral final en un estado libre, en el cual la espira final (9) (11) se ajusta a la porción de eje y la superficie de apoyo (9a) (11a) de la espira final (9) (11) entra en contacto con la superficie receptora (17a) de la porción de alojamiento (17), y la porción de transición (13)(15) elude la porción de diámetro alargado (21) al mismo tiempo que la superficie de apoyo (9a)(11a) de la espira final (9)(11) entra en contacto con la superficie receptora (17ª) de la porción de alojamiento (17).
