The present disclosure is related to a paper-based Elisa that is novel and improved, allowing the test to be performed in its original protocol, with increased sensitivity, specificity and accuracy, and without any modification or additional stages. In one embodiment, the present invention discloses a polymer coated electrospinning fiber for a paper-based Elisa. In another embodiment, the present invention describes a paper-based Elisa plate, which is capable of introducing paper segments of the platform from the top to the test. In a further embodiment, the present invention describes a kit for a paper-based Elisa. In another embodiment, the present invention describes a method for performing a paper-based Elisa. La presente invención describe un Elisa basado en papel novedoso y mejorado, que permite al ensayo realizarse en su protocolo original con una sensibilidad incrementada, especificidad y exactitud, y sin ninguna modificación o etapas adicionales. En una modalidad, la presente invención describe una fibra de electrohilado recubierto de polímero para un Elisa basada en papel. En otra modalidad, la presente invención describe una placa de Elisa basado en papel, que es capaz de introducir segmentos de papel de la plataforma desde la parte superior hasta el ensayo.
