Summary:The present invention relates to novel chemical compounds of formula I with a structure different from nitroimidazoles, and to equally novel uses thereof for the treatment of trichomoniasis, making said compounds useful for application by means of pharmaceutical compositions. Also, the administration of said compounds does not cause adverse side effects in comparison with compounds widely known in the field, such as metronidazole. La presente invención está relacionada con la industria farmacológica. Más específicamente está relacionado con un nuevo compuesto químico con actividad biológica, útil en el tratamiento de la tricomoniasis.
