Un producto alimenticio de pan plano que incluye un primer pan plano que tiene un primer lado y un segundo lado. Un relleno se coloca en el primer lado del pan plano. El producto alimenticio incluye además un segundo pan plano que tiene un primer lado y un segundo lado, en el que el primer lado del segundo pan plano se orienta hacia el relleno y se sella al primer lado del primer pan plano de tal manera que el relleno está sellado entre el primer pan plano y el segundo pan plano.
