Summary:The present invention refers to a polydimethylsiloxane implantable integrated system for supplying drugs in treatments of liver metastases by infusion. The system consists in a propelling chamber that contains gas, which exerts a pressure over the membrane, the induced pressure causing a deformation in the membrane, which modifies the volume of the deposit chamber that contains the drug to be supplied. The thickness and size of the membrane will be determined by the pressure exerted by the propelling gas. The invention also includes a micro channel used as a regulator system for supplying the drug in a controlled manner. The size of the micro channel will depend on the flow of the drug that is desired to be administered to the patient. La presente invención se refiere a un sistema integrado implantable de polidimetilsiloxano para el suministro de fármacos para el tratamiento de metástasis hepática por infusión. Este sistema consiste de una cámara propelente que contiene el gas el cual ejerce una presión sobre la membrana, la presión inducida ocasiona una deformación de la membrana, la cual modifica el volumen de la cámara de depósito que contiene el medicamento a suministrar. El espesor y las dimensiones de la membrana estarán determinadas por la presión ejercida debido al gas propelente. Cuenta así mismo con un microcanal empleado como sistema regulador para suministrar el medicamento de forma controlada. Las dimensiones del microcanal dependerán del flujo del fármaco que se desea administrar al paciente.
