No more than (≤) 12% of one or more polyunsaturated fatty acids; and D. No more than (≤) 7% of one or more saturated fatty acids. The dielectric fluid is a useful transformer oil. Un fluido dieléctrico a base de vegetales que comprende en porcentaje en peso de triglicéridos con base en el peso del fluido: A. Mayor de 0 a 100% de al menos uno de ácidos grasos C14:1 o C16:1; y al menos uno de: B. No más de (=) 10% de ácidos grasos C18:1; C. No más de (=) 12% de uno o más ácidos grasos poliinsaturados; y D.
