The invention is a process for the extraction of lipids from seeds of Opuntia spp, Nopalea and Cylindropuntia, and their use in nano and microencapsulated compounds in food products, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and chemicals used in the agrochemical and construction industry, in the form of microcapsules, containing lipid extracts from the seeds of these cactuses, as well as antioxidants and natural and/or synthetic adsorbents. A method is described for the extraction of lipids from the seeds of cactuses for the manufacture of products useful in the industry, in the form of microcapsules formed by encapsulating agents, adsobers and antioxidants. The nano and microcapsules have nutritive, antioxidant and chelating properties. La invención corresponde a un proceso para la extracción de lípidos procedentes de semillas de Opuntia spp., Nopalea y Cylindropuntia, y su utilización en nano y microcápsulas en productos alimenticios, cosméticos, farmacéuticos y químicos útiles en la industria agroquímica y de la construcción, en forma de microcápsulas, que contienen extractos lipídicos de semillas de estas cactáceas, antioxidantes naturales y/o sintéticos, y adsorbentes. Se describe un método de extracción de lípidos de las semillas de cactáceas para la manufactura de productos útiles en la industria, en forma de microcápsulas conformadas por agentes encapsulantes, adsobentes y antioxidantes. Las nano y/o microcápsulas poseen propiedades nutritivas, antioxidantes y quelantes.
