Also, provided are methods of making and using such antibodies including methods of treating and preventing autoimmune and inflammatory disorders. Se describen en la presente composiciones y métodos relacionados con proteínas de unión a antígeno que se unen al receptor ST2 humano, incluyendo anticuerpos. En modalidades particulares, la divulgación provee anticuerpos completos dirigidos contra ST2 humano, y derivados y variantes de los mismos. Además se proveen ácidos nucleicos que codifican dichos anticuerpos y fragmentos de anticuerpo, variantes, y derivados.
