Disclosed are an information sharing method, device and storage medium, the information sharing method comprising: determining a sharing user in the address list of an instant messaging client terminal; generating a vCard according to the basic data of the sharing user in the instant messaging system; and transmitting the vCard to a receiving terminal in an instant messaging manner. Also provided are an information sharing device, shared information receiving method and shared information receiving device. The technical solution of the present invention enables instant messaging client terminals to share friend information therebetween by transmitting instant messages in the form of a vCard, and on the other hand can present the friend information directly to a receiving terminal in a vCard manner, thus ensuring a more intuitive display effect, and improving user experience.
