Summary:The objective of the present invention is to reduce the impact of condensed water on an EGR device. This device (100) controls a cooling system equipped with an adjustment means capable of adjusting the amount of cooling water circulating in a first flow path, which includes an engine cooling flow path, an EGR cooling flow path, and a radiator flow path, and a second flow path, which includes the engine cooling flow path, the EGR cooling flow path, and a bypass flow path, but does not include the radiator flow path. This control device is equipped with: an identification means that identifies the temperature of the cooling water; a restriction means that restricts the circulation of the cooling water when the internal combustion engine starts up; and a control means that preferentially circulates the cooling water in the second flow path by controlling the adjustment means on the basis of the identified temperature during the period when circulation of the cooling water is restricted. Se alivia la influencia de agua condensada en un dispositivo de EGR. Un dispositivo (100) que controla un sistema de enfriamiento incluye medios de ajuste para ser capaz de ajustar una cantidad de circulación de refrigerante en un primer paso de flujo, que incluye un paso de flujo de enfriamiento de motor, un paso de flujo de enfriamiento de EGR y un paso de flujo de radiador, y un segundo paso de flujo, que incluye el paso de flujo de enfriamiento de motor, el paso de flujo de enfriamiento de EGR y un paso de flujo de derivación y no incluye el paso de flujo de radiador, incluye: medios de medición para medir una temperatura del refrigerante; medios de limitación para limitar la circulación del refrigerante en el arranque de un motor de combustión interna; y medios de control para hacer circular el refrigerante preferencialmente a través del segundo paso de flujo mediante el control sobre los medios de ajuste con base en la temperatura medida en un periodo en el cual se limita la circulación del refrigerante.
