Summary: | The invention relates to an air scrubber for scrubbing air of volatile organic compounds and microparticles, including a dual-function motor that drives a water pump and an air extractor which conveys molecules of burnt oil and fat fumes, microparticles of dust and volatile organic compounds through a duct to a column reactor, into which a counter flow of aqueous scrubbing suspension arrives from a mixing tank. The aqueous scrubbing suspension is a mixture of a microporous material, natural zeolite (clinoptilolite) or nanoparticles of a metal oxide. The power source of the air scrubbing motor can be electric, a photovoltaic system with a plurality of solar panels, a wind powered generator, etc.
Se describe un lavador de aire de compuestos orgánicos volátiles y micropartículas, que incluye un motor bifuncional que mueve una bomba de agua y un extractor de aire que envía las moléculas de vapores de aceite y grasa quemados, micropartículas de polvos y compuestos orgánicos volátiles por un ducto a un reactor de columna, donde en contracorriente entra una suspensión acuosa lavadora, proveniente de un depósito de mezcla. La suspensión acuosa lavadora es una mezcla de un material microporoso, zeolita natural (Clinoptilolita) o nanopartículas de un óxido de metal. La fuente de alimentación del motor lavador de aire puede ser energía eléctrica, un sistema fotovoltaico con una pluralidad de paneles solares, un generador por energía eólica, etc. |
