Summary:The present invention refers to a device for protecting safety sensors for bottles, which is characterized in that it comprises a carcass with an upper wall having a circular-shaped hole, a lower wall with a circular-shaped hole bigger than the circular-shaped hole of the upper wall, both being concentric; both walls are attached by the rear portion thereof by means of a vertical rear wall, the lateral edges being attached by two lateral vertical walls; which define a central cavity with an access front groove. A sensor element is housed in said cavity against the vertical rear wall and is fastened by a couple of arms, tangential and parallel therebetween, of a hollow truncated cone insert that defines a central tunnel with a diameter reduced in the upper end portion and a diameter increased in the lower end portion, which is inserted through said cavity of the carcass with the arms in the front, and where the reduced diameter of the tunnel of the truncated cone insert is coincident w ith the circular-shaped hole of the upper wall and the increased diameter of the tunnel is coincident with the circular-shaped hole of the lower wall of the carcass; said device is inserted by the neck of the bottle, which is passed through the truncated cone insert of the tunnel housed in the carcass and is permanently attached to an annular rib or edge.
