Summary:Rhizosphere soil was sampled for obtaining the Azospirillum sp and Azotobacter sp bacteria, which are subsequently reproduced by separate in a breeding ground so as to be mixed together and obtain a bacterial consortium inoculum formed by both bacteria, sterile poultry manure, which is an agricultural byproduct, being located in a container along with an enough amount of the inoculum, the mixture being let to rest until the biofertilizer is generated for being lastly stored. This biofertilizer enhances the growth and quality of fruits. Se muestreó suelo rizosférico para obtener, las bacterias Azospirillum sp y Azotobacter sp, las cuales posteriormente se reproducen por separado en un caldo nutritivo, para mezclarlas y obtener un inóculo de consorcio bacteriana compuesto por ambas bacterias, así mismo se coloca subproducto agrícola pollinaza estéril en un recipiente y es adicionada cantidad suficiente del inóculo de consorcio bacteriano, manteniéndolo en reposo hasta generarse el biofertilizante, para finalmente almacenarlo. Este biofertilizante ayuda en la mejora del crecimiento y calidad de frutos.
