Summary: | A method for preparing polyisoprene nanoparticles by the technique of polymerization in microemulsion using surfactants, which includes the following steps: a) preparing a micellar solution with an initiator dissolved in the aqueous phase, which is formed by one or more surfactants, a polymerization initiator and water; b) degasifying the system and leading to a reaction temperature; c) adding the monomer and allowing the polymerization to proceed during a preset time. This method allows latex to be obtained with particles having a diameter of from about 30 nm to about 40 nm and polymer formed by a mixture of microstructures cis-1,4 and trans-1,4.
Un método para preparar nanopartículas de poliisopreno mediante la técnica de polimerización en microemulsión, donde se pueden utilizar surfactantes que cuenta con los pasos de: a) preparar una solución micelar con el iniciador disuelto en la fase acuosa, formada por uno o más surfactantes, un iniciador de la polimerización y agua; b) desgasificar el sistema y llevar a la temperatura de reacción; c) agregar el monómero y permitir que proceda la polimerización durante un tiempo preestablecido. Con este método es posible la obtención de látex con partículas de diámetro de 30 a 40 nm y polímero de constituido de una mezcla de microestructuras cis-1,4 y trans-1,4. |
