Disclosed is a useful compound which can be used as a medicinal agent, particularly as a therapeutic agent for peripheral arterial disease. As a result of extensive studies made on EP4 receptor agonists, it is confirmed that a novel pyridone compound characterized in that position-1 in the pyridone ring is substituted by a group having an acidic group, position-6 is bound to an aromatic ring group via a linker, and the linker has a nitrogen atom has a good agonistic activity on an EP4 receptor.  The compound has a good agonistic activity on an EP4 receptor, and is therefore useful as a medicinal agent, particularly as a therapeutic agent for peripheral arterial disease. Se describe un compuesto útil que se puede utilizar como un agente medicinal, particularmente como un agente terapéutico para la enfermedad arterial periférica. Como resultado de estudios extensos hechos con respecto a los agonistas del receptor EP4, se confirma que un nuevo compuesto de piridona caracterizado porque la posición 1 en el anillo de piridona es sustituida por un grupo que tiene un grupo ácido, la posición 6 es unida a un grupo de anillo aromático vía un enlace, y el enlace tiene un átomo de nitrógeno que tiene una buena actividad agonística sobre un receptor EP4.
