Summary:The invention relates to a method and a device for injection moulding a thermoplastic packaging container portion connecting with a thermoplastic opening device (16) and connecting with an end portion (20) of a packaging container body (12) which body comprises a thermoplastic material at least in an outer layer. The method comprises the steps of arranging said end portion (20) and at least a portion of said opening device (16) in a cavity (30) formed by bringing together an inner mould part (24) and an outer mould part (26), provide a temperature difference between the opening device (16) and the end portion (20) so that said end portion attains a higher temperature than the opening device (16, inject into the cavity (30) at least one melt (32) of at least a first material, and bring the melt (32) into contact with said opening device (16) and said end portion (20). La invención se refiere a un método y un dispositivo para moldear por inyección una porción de recipiente termoplástico de envasado que conecta con un dispositivo (16) termoplástico de abertura y que conecta con una porción terminal (20) de un cuerpo (12) de recipiente de envasado, cuerpo que comprende un material termoplástico al menos en una capa exterior. El método comprende los pasos de arreglar la porción terminal (20) y al menos una porción del dispositivo (16) de abertura en una cavidad (30) formada al poner conjuntamente una parte (24) de molde inferior y una parte (26) de molde exterior, proporcionar una diferencia de temperatura entre el dispositivo (16) de abertura y la porción terminal (20), de modo que la porción terminal logre una mayor temperatura que el dispositivo (16), de abertura, inyectar en la cavidad (30) al menos una masa fundida (32) de al menos un primer material, y poner la masa fundida (32) en contacto con el dispositivo (16) de abertura y la porción terminal (20).
