Summary:The present invention is referred to an improved machine for the assembly of electrowelded mesh for forming three-dimensional wire structures useful for the construction industry as constructive panels; the machine is longitudinally supplied with electrowelded mesh strips and straight transversal wires, which are perpendicularly attached by a welding system for forming a three-dimensional structure. The inventive machine includes improvements in the main axle of the mechanical transmission, as well as in right and left oscillation axles useful for avoiding synchrony problems and enabling thickness variations; the upper and lower tunnel carrier plate which prevents the supplied wire from being jammed; upper and lower finger carrier plates for facilitating the fingers alignment; plates for carrying upper left and right Thomson axle, and lower left and right Thomson axle for achieving restructure thickness variations; the supplying system for avoiding the need of synchrony; cutting syste ms; bridge guide bars for carrying bayonets, and the welding control system for improving the welding process. La presente invención está referida a una máquina ensambladora de mallas electrosoldadas para formar estructuras tridimensionales de alambre mejorada, empleadas para la industria de la construcción como paneles constructivos; del tipo que se alimenta longitudinalmente de tiras de mallas electrosoldadas y alambres transversales que son enderezados, uniéndose por sistema de soldadura de manera perpendicular formando una estructura tridimensional; caracterizadas porque las mejoras consisten en la transmisión mecánica de la flecha principal, así como las flechas de oscilación derecha e izquierda que evitan problemas de sincronía y que permite variación en los espesores; la placa porta túnel superior e inferior que evite atoramiento de alambre alimentada; placas porta dedos superior e inferior que facilita la alineación de los dedos; placas porta flecha Thomson superior derecha e izquierda e inferior izquierda y derecha para lograr variación de espesores reestructuras; el sistema de alimentación para evita necesidad de sincronía; cañones de corte; las barras guía puente porta bayonetas; el sistema de control de soldadura que hace mas eficiente el soldado.
