As RFID devices come within range of each other they examine a confidence level associated with each others location information. The RFID device may update their location information based upon location information received from other RFID devices that have a higher confidence level. Determinar la ubicacion de dispositivos inalambricos es mejorada al almacenar informacion de ubicacion en dispositivos (104) de RFID. Cuando dispositivos de RFID entran en el margen entre si, examinan un nivel de confianza asociado con la informacion de ubicacion de uno del otro. El dispositivo de RFID puede actualizar su informacion de ubicacion basandose en la informacion de ubicacion recibida de otros dispositivos de RFID que tienen un nivel de confianza mas alto.
