Summary:Novi sistem za proizvodnju rešetkastog lakog betonskog plafona za gradjevinarstvo resava problem livenja ravnih ploča, platonskih ploča, stepenica i sličnih struktura. Racionalan je, efikasan pri livenju, pruža izvanredne uslove nosivosti opterećenja, izolacije temperature, zaštite od vlage i otpornosti protiv požara. Novi sistem se sastoji od sledećih elemenata : prefabrikovana greda od čelika i beto na, prefabrokivani donji pojas od lakog betona ili mikrobetona, prefabrikovani laki platonski blok, jednoslojni ili troslojni, ojačan i izradjen od lakog betona ili mikrobeto na, prefabrikovani laki gornji pojas, tanki sloj maltera od cementa ili sličnog materija la ; svi ovi elementi, svojim oblikom i dimenzijama, čine jedan kompatibilni sistem. Struktura se može izlivati ručno bez podupiranja, pošto je samonoseća. Struktura je rešetkastog tipa sa skrivenom kompresionom pločom. Usled prefabrikovanja struktura poseduje zakrivljenost. Platonski blok se izradjuje kao finalni strukturni elemenat. Završeni plafon se prekriva tankim slojem maltera. Prilagodljivost sistema različitim oblicima kuća ili gradjevina, koriščenjem nekoliko tipova prethodno izlivenih elemenata, doprinosi njegovoj racionalnosti i širokoj primenljivosti. Pravilan oblik elemenata omogućava primenu kod različitih delova gradjevina, različitog oblika na taj način arhitekti i inženjeri dobijaju veću kreativnu slobodu pri konstrukciji kuća i gradjevina. The new construction system of grilled lightweight concrete masonry ceiling solves the problem of casting flat slabs, roof slabs, stairs and similar structures. It is rational, efficient in casting, it has excellent conditions of load bearing, temperature insulation properties, moisture protection and fire resistance. The new system consists of the following elements: prefabricated steel-concrete girder (1), prefabricated lightweight concrete or micro-concrete lower threshold (2), prefabricated lightweight ceiling block (3), single-layered or three-layered, lateral ribs (4), reinforced and made of lighweight concrete or micro-concrete, prefabricated lightweight upper threshold (5), thin mortar layer (6) made of cement or similar materials; all these elements, by their forms and dimensions, form a compatible system. The structure can be cast manually without any supporting because the structure is selfbearing. The structure is of a grill type with a hidden compressive slab. Due to the prefabrication the structure is camber. The ceiling block is produced as a final structural element. The final ceiling is covered by a thin mortar layer. The adaptability of the system to different forms of houses and buildings, by using a few types a precast elements, contributes to its rationality and wide applicability. The regular form of the elements makes possible the application of different parts of buildings of various forms; thus, architects and engineers have a greater creative freedom in, the design of houses and buildings.
