Inventia se refera la industria alimentara, si anume la un condiment de fructe, pomusoare si legume.Condimentul contine piure de dovleac sau de mere, piure de gutuie japoneza sau de corcoduse galbene, sau de agrise, precum si zahar tos, sare de uz alimentar, mirodenii si spiterii, mustar, pectina sau guma de xantan, sau guma de carub, sau guma de guar si apa.Rezultatul consta în sporirea omogenitatii si a stabilitatii consistentei condimentului si majorarea valorii lui nutritive. |
