Invenţia se referă la urei asimetrice p-substituite şi săruri acceptabile farmaceutic ale acestora, la compoziţii şi metode pentru prevenirea şi/sau tratamentul bolilor, care sunt mediate patofiziologic de receptorul grelin. Compuşii au formula generală I:Iunde X, Z, R1-R8, r, s şi n sunt definiţi în descrierea invenţiei. Изобретение относится к p-замещенным асимметричным мочевинам и к их фармацевтически приемлемым солям, композициям и методам предупреждения и/или лечения заболеваний, которые патофизиологически опосредованы рецептором грелина. Соединения имеют общую формулу I:Iгде X, Z, R1-R8, r, s и n определены в описании изобретения.
