Summary:The invention relates to the mechanical engineering, namely to mechanisms for transforming the variable rotary motion into unidirectional rotary motion.The mechanism, according to the first variant, is made in the form of gear transmission, including, installed onto the input shaft 2, to the ends of which are fixed turning levers 5 and 6, two conic gear-wheels 3 and 4 with an equal number of teeth, which mesh simultaneously with the conic gear pinion 7, rigidly joined with the intermediate shaft, the axis of which is perpendicular with the axis of the input shaft 2. Onto the intermediate shaft there are placed two cylindrical gear-wheels 10 and 11, mounted by means of two overrunning clutches 8 and 9, installed in opposition to each other, each of which is installed into the hub of each of them. The wheel 10 mesh with a gear-wheel 12 installed onto the output shaft 13, and the wheel 11 is joined with the wheel 12 through the intermediate gear-wheel 14.The mechanism, according to the second variant, is characterized in that it includes two toothed quadrants, kinematically joined between them and rigidly installed onto two input shafts. The toothed quadrants mesh with the drive gear, rigidly fixed onto the intermediate shaft, onto both sides of which there are placed two gear-wheels, mounted by means of two overrunning clutches installed in opposition to each other, each of which is installed into the hub of each of them. One of the wheels meshes with a gear-wheel installed onto the output shaft, and the other is joined with said wheel through the intermediate gear-wheel. Invenţia se referă la industria constructoare de maşini, şi anume la mecanismele de transformare a mişcării de rotaţie alternativă în mişcare de rotaţie unidirecţională.Mecanismul conform primei variante este executat în formă de transmisie dinţată, care include, instalate pe arborele de intrare 2, la capetele căruia sunt fixate pârghii turnante 5 şi 6, două roţi dinţate conice 3 şi 4 cu un număr egal de dinţi, care angrenează simultan cu pinionul conic dinţat 7, legat rigid cu arborele intermediar, axa căruia este perpendiculară axei arborelui de intrare 2. Pe arborele intermediar sunt amplasate două roţi dinţate cilindrice 10 şi 11, montate prin intermediul a două ambreiaje unisens 8 şi 9 montate în contrasens unul faţă de altul, fiecare fiind instalat în butucul fiecăreia dintre ele. Roata 10 angrenează cu o roată dinţată 12 instalată pe arborele de ieşire 13, iar roata 11 este legată cu roata 12 prin roata dinţată intermediară 14.Mecanismul conform variantei a doua se caracterizează prin aceea că include două sectoare dinţate, legate cinematic între ele, şi instalate rigid pe doi arbori de intrare. Sectoarele dinţate angrenează cu pinionul conducător, fixat rigid pe arborele intermediar, pe ambele părţi ale cărui sunt amplasate două roţi dinţate, montate prin intermediul a două ambreiaje unisens montate în contrasens unul faţă de altul, fiecare fiind instalat în butucul fiecăreia dintre ele, totodată una dintre roţi angrenează cu o roată dinţată instalată pe arborele de ieşire, iar alta este legată cu această roată prin roata dinţată intermediară. Изобретение относится к машиностроению, а именно к механизмам преобразования переменного вращательного движения в однонаправленное вращательное движение.Механизм по первому варианту выполнен в виде зубчатой передачи, котораясодержит установленные на входном валу 2, к концам которого прикреплены поворотные рычаги 5 и 6, два конических зубчатых колеса 3 и 4 с одинаковым числом зубьев, которые одновременно находятся в зацеплении с конической зубчатой шестерней 7, жестко связанной с промежуточным валом, ось которого перпендикулярна оси входного вала 2. На промежуточном валу расположены два цилиндрических зубчатых колеса 10 и 11, смонтированные посредством установленных встречно друг другу обгонных муфт 8 и 9, каждая из которых установлена в ступице каждого из них. Колесо 10 находится в зацеплении с установленным на выходном валу 13 зубчатым колесом 12, а колесо 11 связано с колесом 12 через промежуточное зубчатое колесо 14.Механизм по второму вариантусодержит два зубчатых сектора, кинематически связанных между собой, и жестко установленных на двух входных валах. Зубчатые сектора находятся в зацеплении с ведущей шестерней, жестко закрепленной на промежуточном валу, на котором размещены по обе ее стороны два зубчатых колеса, смонтированные посредством установленных встречно друг другу обгонных муфт, каждая из которых установлена в ступице каждого из них. Одно из колес находится в зацеплении с установленным на выходном валу зубчатым колесом, а другое связано с этим колесом через промежуточное зубчатое колесо.
