Summary: | The invention relates to the mechanical engineering, namely to the gear-wheel working.The device for precession gear-wheels working includes a framework, onto which there are mounted the tool and the mechanism for rotation of the worked wheel. The tool contains a laser head and a laser generator, and is rigidly fixed onto the framework. The mechanism for rotation of the worked wheel is mounted with the possibility of supplementary spherospacial displacement about the precession centre, includes a disk equipped with an inclined flange with regulable slope angle, and is equipped with a computer control system.
Invenţia se referă la industria constructoare de maşini, şi anume la prelucrarea roţilor dinţate.Dispozitivul de prelucrare a roţilor dinţate precesionale include o carcasă, pe care sunt montate scula şi mecanismul de rotire a roţii prelucrate. Scula conţine un cap laser şi un generator laser, şi este fixată pe carcasă.
