The composition for presowing treatment of tobacco seeds contains zinc sulphate, copper sulphate, potassium iodide, tartaric acid, 3-O-{[?-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1?2)]-[?-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1?4)]-?-D-glucopyranoside}-[(25S)-5?-furostan-3?,22?,26-triol]-26-O-?-D-glucopyranoside (nicothianoside F) and water.
