Summary:The process is characterised in that the salt, which can be subjected to plastic deformation and which consists of at least one cationic component of a protonized antibiotic base from the aminoglycoside, lincosamide and tetracycline antibiotics and at least one anionic component from the group of organic sulphates and/or organic sulphonates and/or fatty acids esters, is used in the capacity of binder for fixation of inorganic components of the composite and/or organic components of the composite and, possibly, for composite moulding when adding water, in particular by pressing, extrusion, rolling, calendering and trituration.
