Summary:The invention relates to the agriculture and may be used for significant diminution of the soil denitrification process.Summary of the invention consists in the selection of soil samples, administration therein of microelements B, Mn, Zn, Mo and determination in the samples of the nitrate reductase activity. The microelements are administered into the soil in such combinations and ratios that correspond to the maximum inhibition of the nitrate reductase activity and the dose of each microelement varies from 2 to 6 kg/ha.The result consists in the significant diminution of the denitrification process. Invenţia se referă la agricultură şi poate fi utilizată pentru diminuarea semnificativă a procesului de denitrificare a solului.Esenţa invenţiei constă în selectarea probelor de sol, administrarea în ele a microelementelor B, Mn, Zn, Mo şi determinarea în probe a activităţii nitratreductazei. Microelementele sunt administrate în sol în astfel de combinaţii şi rapoarte, încât să corespundă inhibării maxime a activităţii nitratreductazei, iar doza de fiecare microelement variază de la 2 până la 6 kg/ha.Rezultatul constă în diminuarea semnificativă a procesului de denitrificare. Изобретение относится к сельскому хозяйству и может быть использовано для существенного уменьшения процесса денитрификации почв.Сущность изобретения состоит в отборе проб почвы, введении в них микроэлементов В, Мn, Zn, Mo и определении в пробах активности нитратредуктазы. Микроэлементы вводят в почву в таких комбинациях и соотношениях, которые соответствуют максимальному ингибированию активности нитратредуктазы, а доза каждого микроэлемента варьирует от 2 до 6 кг/га.Результат состоит в существенном уменьшении процесса денитрификации.Ï. ôîðìóëû: 1
