La concurrence entre les entreprises et la satisfaction du client conduisent les gestionnaires à innover et à trouver de nouvelles stratégies, dansl'objectifd'améliorer le rendement de l'entreprise. L'amélioration de l'organisation de l'entreprise implique en particulier l'amélioration de sastructure organisationnelle. Cette amélioration concerne aussil'organisation technique de saproduction ainsi que les relations qui lient les ressources à leursactivités attribuées. La présenteinvention propose l'interopérabilité entre le référentiel capabilitymaturity model integration(cmmi) et le processus analytique structural de l'évaluation et de larefonte organisationnelle<<structural engineprocess' analytics>> (sepa). Cmmi (capabilitymaturity model integration)est un ensemble structuré de bonnes pratiques à l'évaluation et à l'amélioration du développementet de la maintenance des systèmes. Sepa (structural engineprocess'analytics) est une méthodesystémique utilisée pour évaluer la structure organisationnelle dessystèmes. Elle fournit des recommandations et des actions pour la retro-conception de l'organisation de l'entreprise. Improving the organization of a business involves, in particular, improving the organizational structure of same. Said improvement also concerns the technical organization of the production of the business as well as the relationships which link the resources with the activities assigned thereto. The present invention proposes interoperability between the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) framework and the structural analytical method for organizational evaluation and restructuring, "Structural Engine Process' Analytics" (SEPA). CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) is a structured set of good practices for evaluating and improving the development and maintenance of systems. SEPA (Structural Engine Process' Analytics) is a systemic method used to evaluate the organizational structure of systems. It provides recommendations and actions for retro-engineering the organization of the business.
