Summary:The invention deals with thermal energy and, more precisely, with wood pellet burning systems. Its goal is to increase the effectiveness of the combustion process. The new wood pellet burning system, a diagram (containing two cross-sections) of which is shown in Figure 1, consists of the boiler body (1), boiler water chamber (2), flame pipe (3), secondary air supply (4), tertiary air orifice system (5), fuel transportation device (6), visual control device for combustion (7), furnace bars (8), furnace bar movement mechanism (9), furnace (10), air valves (11), primary air supply junction (12), ash removal zone (13), primary air gaps (14), complete combustion zone (15), and moveable fuel levelling plate (16). The system is distinctive for the way in which the secondary air supply is organised by the placement of horizontal furnace bars and the covering of the rest of the furnace space with a metal sheet containing holes for supplying secondary air. In addition, the secondary air is introduced at an angle, which creates additional turbulence in the flow of volatile substances and the primary air flow and ensures a better mixing of the two. A tertiary air supply zone has been created along the perimeter of the furnace. A complete combustion cell is located in the furnace behind the tertiary air zone, in which hydrocarbons and solid carbon particles are completely burned. The secondary and tertiary air supply zones have been created in the form of a truncated cone and fit along the walls of the furnace. Izgudrojums attiecas uz siltumenerģētiku, konkrēti - uz granulu sadedzināšanas iekārtām. Tā mērķis ir paaugstināt degšanas procesa efektivitāti. Piedāvātā granulu sadedzināšanas iekārta, kuras principiāla shēma divos griezumos ir parādīta 1.attēlā, sastāv no katla korpusa 1, katla ūdens telpas 2, liesmu caurules 3, sekundārā gaisa padeves 4, terciārā gaisa sprauslu sistēmas 5, kurināmā transportēšanas ierīces 6, degšanas vizuālās kontroles ierīces 7, ārdiem 8, ārdu kustināšanas mehānisma 9, kurtuves 10, gaisa vārstiem 11, primārā gaisa padeves mezgla 12, pelnu aizvadīšanas zonas 13, primārā gaisa spraugām 14, pilnīgas sadegšanas kameras 15, kustīgas kurināmā līmeņošanas plāksnes 16, un ir raksturīga ar to, ka sekundārā gaisa padeve tiek organizēta, kurtuvē ievietojot horizontālus ārdus un pārējo kurtuves telpas daļu nosedzot ar metāla plātni, kurā ir caurumi sekundārā gaisa pievadīšanai, pie kam: sekundārais gaiss kurtuvē tiek padots zem leņķa, kas rada papildu turbulenci gaistošo vielu un primārā gaisa plūsmai un nodrošina to labāku sajaukšanu; pa kurtuves perimetru ir izveidota terciārā gaisa padeves josla; kurtuvē aiz terciārās gaisa joslas ir izveidota pilnīgas sadegšanas kamera, kurā pilnīgi sadeg ogļūdeņraži un cietās oglekļa daļiņas; kurtuvē sekundārā un terciārā gaisa padeves joslas ir izveidotas nošķelta konusa veidā un pieguļ kurtuves sienām.
