The present invention relates to the technical field of intelligent systems for power plant fly ash, specifically to a vehicle management method for fly ash in power plants. The method includes steps of: obtaining information of vehicles pending entry to the plant and providing billing information and a loading slip, wherein the vehicle information includes the license plate number; determining, based on the vehicle information, billing information, and loading slip, whether the vehicle pending entry meets the entry requirements; if so, allowing the vehicle to enter the plant; performing tare weighing on the entering vehicle, allocating an ash silo based on the loading slip, loading the corresponding cargo from the ash silo, and conducting gross weighing on the vehicle with loaded cargo; obtaining information of the vehicle pending exit, determining whether the vehicle meets the exit requirements, and if so, allowing it to exit, thus achieving the processes of obtaining vehicle information, providing billing information, entering the plant, weighing, loading fly ash, and exiting theplant, thereby ensuring the production and transportation of fly ash.
