This application provides a toilet assistance device, which includes a seat board. A backboard is fixed on one side of the top outer wall of the seat board. A U-shaped groove is opened on the top outer wall of the seat board, inside which a U-shaped cushion is set. The outer walls of both ends of the U-shaped cushion are fixed with rotating shafts, and the ends of the rotating shafts are rotatably connected to the inner walls of both sides of the U-shaped groove. Symmetrically fixed on the top outer walls of the backboard are mounting frames, within which a winding roller is rotatably installed on the inner walls. The outer wall of the winding roller is fixedly wound with a pull rope. During the use of this toilet assistance device, when elderly patients are being assisted with toileting, the first dual-shaft motor is controlled to work, driving the winding roller to rotate, and winds the pull rope, which flips the U-shaped cushion under the action of the rotating shaft, assisting elderly patients in sitting on theU- shaped cushion for toileting, aiding in the bending process, and facilitating toileting care for the elderly.
