Summary: | The invention relates to the technical field of bioinformatics, in particular to a differentially expressed gene of Cynodon dactylon under aluminum stress, a mining and analysis method thereof. The method includes: S1, pre-culturing Cynodon dactylon; S2, treating Cynodon dactylon under aluminum stress; S3, sequencing transcriptome of Cynodon dactylon, including transcriptome original data analysis, GO enrichment analysis of differential genes and qRT-PCR analysis. According to the invention, 17 differentially expressed genes of Cynodon dactylon under aluminum stress conditions are obtained through pre-culture of Cynodon dactylon, aluminum stress treatment of Cynodon dactylon, original data analysis of root transcription group of Cynodon dactylon, GO enrichment analysis and qRT-PCR analysis of differential genes, the differentially expressed genes of Cynodon dactylon under aluminum stress conditions are excavated and analyzed for the first time. |
