The tendon sheath cyst pressure device includes a fixing plate, a pressure regulating rod, a pressure plate and a fixing belt with self-adjusting length, where the fixing plate is provided with a through hole, the pressure regulating rod penetrates through the through hole and can be extended or retracted, the extended or retracted pressure regulating rod is supported and connected to the fixing plate, the pressure plate is located at the end of the pressure regulating rod, and the fixing belt is connected to the fixing plate, where the fixing plate can be in pre-tightening contact with the skin of the affected part of the tendon sheath cyst through the fixing belt wound around the affected part of the tendon sheath cyst, and then the pressure plate is pressed against the affected part of the tendon sheath cyst by adjusting the pressure regulating rod to provide pressure.
