Using single-roll rapid quenching technology to prepare amorphous thin strips, and controlling the length, width and thickness of amorphous strips according to the target requirements; Further spraying and cooling the amorphous thin strip formed by single-roll rapid quenching and automatic segmentation, and then automatically storing the amorphous thin strip online; Orderly aligning, briquettinging, and heat treating the accommodated amorphous thin ribbon, and then demoulding to prepare a magnetic core. The process is simple, the technical complexity is greatly reduced, the automatic flow production is facilitated.
