The present disclosure relates to the technical field of food or health products and, in particular, to an oral composition for whitening and anti-aging and a preparation method thereof. The oral composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 1 to 40 parts of a lyophilized concentrated melon powder, 20 to 500 parts of a concentrated red pomegranate powder, and 20 to 500 parts of a concentrated Pleurotus citrinopileatus (P. citrinopileatus) powder. Through scientific formula adjustment, the present disclosure can reduce photodamage and melanin production in multiple ways, maintain skin moisture, reduce percutaneous water loss, improve skin glossiness, promote collagen synthesis, improve skin elasticity and a surrounding area, and reduce skin glycation and skin carbonylation, thereby achieving the purpose of anti-aging. A composition obtained by the preparation method of the present disclosure includes highly-active functional ingredients.
