Summary:A method for predicting the influence of pipe jacking tunneling machine construction on the safety of the overlying pipeline, which comprises the following steps: firstly, sequentially determining the equivalent width b0 of the cutter head of the tunneling machine and the horizontal additional stress expression p(z) generated at the pipeline by the pressure of cutting the soil of the cutter head of the tunneling machine through the diameter B0 of the cutter head of the pipe jacking tunneling machine and the soil pressure p0 applied to the soil mass during cutting of the cutter head of the tunneling machine; then, determining the allowable tensile strength[σt] of the pipeline material, and the maximum tensile stress σt generated by the tunneling machine cutter head on the pipeline and the maximum deformation amount δ generated by the tunneling machine cutter head on the pipeline; and finally, comparing [σt ] 、σt and δ,and judging the influence of the cutter head on the safety of pipeline. Through the method, the present invention provides a method for predicting the influence of pipe jackingtunneling machine construction on the safety of the overlying pipeline with reliable prediction effect and accurate prediction result.
