Summary: | The present invention relates to a method of correcting working deviation of a chip absorption nozzle for a chip mounter which compensates the working deviation produced when manufacturing a chip absorption nozzle by making an absorption nozzle bar return to its original position after component mounting step in a chip mounter. According to the present invention, as a cam (2) rotates, an operating lever (4) moves up and down to insert a bit (19) into a cap (21)'s groove (22) or remove the same therefrom. A serve motor (10) divides the rotation of a rotary disk (11)'s into 0 and 180 degrees, and in response to the bit (19)'s rotation, an absorption nozzle bar (20) rotates by 0 or 180 degrees to absorb and mount a component. The cap (21)'s both sides are cutting surfaces (24), and a reflector (25) is attached to one of them and a sensor (26) is provided to the same line. When the sensor (26) recognizes the reflector (25), one-established state of 0 or 180 degrees is maintained. Except this case, it returns to the state where the sensor (26) recognizes the reflector (25). |
